  • The restaurant guarantees that all the products offered meet the standards of the concept.
  • If there are any complaints the management needs to be informed immediately. Appropriate actions will be taken as soon as possible.


PRICES/OFFERS

  • Adukkala- Spice Garden reserves the right to change the prices.
  • All prices are indicated in Pound, including VAT.
  • In certain cases, promotional prices apply. These prices are valid only during a specific period as long as stocks last. No entitlement to these prices may be invoked before or after the specific period.
  • Adukkala- Spice Garden cannot be held to any price indications that are clearly incorrect
  • For ordering food online, Adukkala Spice Garden have the right to collect the money from the clients doorsteps.


CANCELLATIONS


  • If a party booking is cancelled the client need to inform us one day before the event.
  • Spice Garden have the right to cancel the event, if any unexpected things happned, and obliged to arrange a suitable solution
  • Before confirming your reservation, always make sure that you have reserved the correct number of persons. 
  • If persons for reservation doesnot appear for the event, no refund will be provided.
  • All purchases are final.
